EddySonix is proud to announce the launch of our new Acoustic Resonance System for Brake Caliper testing. The system inspects the whole volume of parts to detect the presence of casting defects such as low nodularity, cold shut, shrinkage, and residual stress. The test bench is a rapid Go/No-Go sensing system, and upon loading the part, it measures the mass and temperature of the part. Then the software compensates for the effects of mass and temperature variations.

The technique is ideal for 100% inspection of Cast Iron parts to verify their mechanical strength and structural integrity.

EddySonix is proud to announce the launch of our new Sweep Resonance System for Valve Seat testing. The system inspects the entire volume of parts to detect the presence of tiny voids and cracks anywhere in the component. The test bench is a rapid Go/No-Go detection system, and the parts feeding, loading, and sorting are automatic. The software can automatically compensate for the effects of variations in dimensions, temperature and alloy.

During the feasibility analysis phase, our client certified our method by X-Ray CT scanning 500 samples and comparing the results.
The technique is ideal for 100% inspection of Powder Metallurgy (PM), Metal Injection Molding (MIM), and Additive Manufacturing (AM) parts.
