EddySonix is proud to announce the launch of our new Eddy Current Scanner for axle bar testing.
This system, which we designed at the request of our client in Mexico, has new features:
• Supports axle bars with a maximum length of 1000 mm, and a maximum diameter of 80 mm.
• Quick change part program, coil change, part length adjustment.
• Very accurate and stable ECD measurement at all points of the part.
• Self-Test and Self-Calibrate features.
The new software version 09.2023 with multiple levels of compensation programs is capable of canceling out all effects of variations in temperature, alloy, and residual magnetism.
